When you buy a bike from us, you aren’t just getting a used ride—you’re joining the Poison Spider family, and we take care of our own.
Every bike in our fleet has been ridden for a year or less and protected from day one. Before these bikes ever hit the dirt, we "armor" the frames and forks with ultra-tough, clear urethane tape. When we prep them for sale, that tape comes off to reveal a frame that looks remarkably fresh, with minimal wear.

The Poison Spider Overhaul

Think of this as a Certified Pre-Owned process. Our mechanics perform a rigorous "buffing" that involves a total teardown. We clean, grease, and replace components until the bike is as close to new as possible. Every bike hits the floor with brand-new tires, sealant, brake pads, and grips.

Our Master Technician Checklist

• Frame & Fork: Full inspection for integrity; fork and shock receive a complete factory service (new seals/oil). If stanchions are scratched, they are replaced.
• Cockpit & Dropper: Fresh cables and housing for the dropper post, plus the original carbon bars (where applicable).
• Bearings & Pivot: Every pivot bearing and the bottom bracket are inspected and replaced as needed.
• Brakes & Wheels: Full brake bleed and cleaning; hubs serviced and wheels trued.
• Drivetrain: Thoroughly inspected and replaced if wear is over 50%, always with new shift cables and housing.
